About Maybank Inter-country link
Maybank Inter-country link is a link-up between Maybank Malaysia with other Maybank Branches located in other ASEAN countries namely Singapore, Brunei and Philippines.
With the implementation of Maybank Inter-country link, Maybank cardholders in Malaysia will be able to perform Banking transaction in Maybank branches located in other ASEAN countries.
Implementation
The ATM inter-country link was implemented on 13 December 2000. The link-up will enable Maybank customers in any of the four countries to perform ATM transactions when visiting any of the other three participating countries.
The ATM services available are:
i. Cash withdrawal
• ATM cash withdrawal
• Fast cash
• Credit card cash advance
ii. Payments via ATM
• Payment to credit card account
• Payment to Housing Loan
• Payment to Term Loan
iii. Normal transfer
• Transfer between own accounts
iv. Balance Inquiry
v. 3rd party transfer
vi. 3rd party payment (express payment) to Credit card & loans
vii. Payment to selected Payee Corporations
i.e. Telekom, TNB, JBAS, Celcom and Mobikom
viii. PIN change
ATM Service Charges
A service charge will be imposed on ATM withdrawals performed outside the customer's home country. The service charges are as follows:

For credit card cash advance transactions, customers will be charged 5% of the amount withdrawn. Other transactions will be free of charge.

Other than the ATM services, Maybank Inter-country link offers Maybank customers Inter-country link via e-POS as well.
What is Inter-country link via e-POS?
Inter-country link via e-POS is a link-up between Maybank Malaysia and Maybank Singapore. This service allows Maybank cardholders of Singapore to make payment for their purchases via e-POS system in Malaysia only. Malaysian cardholders cannot use e-POS in Singapore since there are no Maybank e-POS merchants in Singapore at the moment.
What is the maximum amount you can pay via Inter-Country Link via e-POS?
You can spend up to a maximum of SGD2,000 per day.
There is a separate limit of Inter-Country Link withdrawal via ATM and payment via e-POS.
What is the Inter-country link via e-POS service charge?
This service is free of charge.
How to look for e-POS merchant?
You have to look out for the “Kawanku e-POS” sign sticker at the merchant’s cash counter or main door when you go shopping.
*Please note that, not all the outlets under the merchants listed below have e-POS service. Always look out for the "Kawanku e-POS" sign to confirm the participating merchant outlets.
